Pros (+) Quiet, comfortable bed, most of the room is clean.
Cons (-) It's dated, the sofa chair was gross - very dirty, sheets and bed cover were stained, the room is too dark, and I'm not sure what others talking about regarding breakfast - it's extremely basic and not even worth mentioning.

Pros (+) Prices for hotels in this area are outrageous. I would certainly rather give my money to a locally owned hotel than pay $419 a night to stay at a chain. Check in was easy, my room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Pretty much all I need in a stay.

Cons (-) Was kept awake by noisy party in room next door that lasted from 1 am until 6 am- even though I called to complain twice and had to at four in the morning go to the office in my pajamas begging to get some peace, quiet and sleep.
