Great location and the room was very clean and comfortable.
The main areas of the hotel were very hot and humid but our room was cool.
The first room had a broken sofa bed then they transferred us to anther suite has a dirty sofa and disgusting then anther same one then they gave us a very good suite but the AC didn’t work properly but really I appreciate they are working there kind and friendly
Location. Location. Location!!! What a great location! We splurged and got the Balcony, Bayview suite and it was just incredible. Breakfast was also predictably very good as well.
Parking is a little, very, a lot expensive. However, the Hilton Honors membership and the great valet service softens the blow.
Location was perfect
Near the train station
So many little things. All added up to a poor experience. Was traveling with my 3 year old grandson and checked in at around 12:30. Asked for an early check in so he could rest before going to the Giants / Padres game at 5:30. Didn’t get a room until 3:48. When I commented on how disappointed I was at not getting in a room earlier staff person just said, “Well, we’re very busy.” Had to leave for game as soon as got into room. We were all tired. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was in such bad shape, unable to sleep on it. Had to sleep on the couch. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Ran out of bacon during breakfast buffet. Had to try and get back in line when it was replenished. Spa was broken. Don’t want to stay here again.
