It was a run down hotel no different than a motel 6. They just have a nice pool.

Liked the restaurant, Postcards. The air con was working well! The fridge was working great! Didn't like the paid parking when the gates were open all the time. The laundry room was messy and trash was all over the floor. Smelled bad too.

Pros (+) I liked all the amenities. There was a hair salon, aa bar and other shopping inside the hotel. Bed was really comfortable and it was a beautiful room.

Pros (+) Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner in each room worked well. Staff were friendly, and was able to check in early. Food was okay.
Cons (-) The room smelled of mildew. One banquet the grapes were moldly.

Pros (+) Location is close to everything. It's a great middle point for a lot of the downtown, Point Loma, Beach, Zoo, Trendy bars and restaurants. Fridge in the room
Cons (-) Was given 2 double beds for a romantic weekend. They didn't have any queens. Bathrooms are tiny and literally have no counter space. Walls are paper thin. I could hear the room next to us at 3am having sex as clear as day. For $150 a night, I don't expect the Taj Mahal, but I expect to have privacy and not hear these things.
Pros (+) The manager was nice and treated us to breakfast for all our unconvince at the end of our trip
Cons (-) Nothing in the room was working... Fridge was hot, toilet sink was clogged, and shower head was broken. The room is wayyyyy smaller than it looks in picture, it was very rowdy in there as there was a motorcycle club there and they were outside by the pool extremely loud and hotel did nothing about it. Would not stay there again.
