Staff very pleasant, room clean except for a dirty hair brush left in the closet. Other than that it was great. As a kid my grandmother would take us to SD on vacation and we always stayed here. Brought back many memories.
Very good breakfast in the waffle spot
Very small bathroom and you need a car to go downtown
Location was 8 minutes from MCRD
Pool was not heated but jacuzzi was perfect. No microwave but did have mini fridge
Well maintained a property. Awesome to have the waffle spot restaurant right there. It's where the griswald family would stay.
The worst pillows in the history of comfort. A phone book would be more comfortable.
This was a motel, rather than hotel. Smallest bathroom ever! Good location and price was ok but based on other 2.5 star options, this was lower quality.
Tiny bathroom. No complementary breakfast. No microwave.
