Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access shops, amusement parks, and local attractions. Some guests also highlighted friendly and helpful staff, as well as reasonable prices. However, many reviews mentioned significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and pest problems. There were also complaints about maintenance, hidden fees, and amenities like the pool and breakfast being unavailable or in poor condition. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were appreciated, cleanliness and facility upkeep were major concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Location was perfect near all theme parks and freeway and food accesible. Staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) Refrigerator not functioning properly at first but once I called the front desk they fixed it and still took some time to cool after a while. Pool hours can be a little more flexible specially during weekends.
