The good: location was amazing, bar and restaurant food and service was also amazing. The bad: no parking, no baby bassinets, doors were thin, could hear people slamming doors all night. Cleaning ladies were nice but would hangout in vacant rooms for hours. Hotel room had sand on the floor when we checked in.
Pros (+) Beachfront access. That is the ONLY redeeming factor.
Cons (-) Everything. The room was nasty, elevator was scary, got bitten by bugs at night (likely bed bugs), bathroom was disgusting, check-in staff was rude, pretty much everything about this place was terrible. The mattress has clearly not been replaced in over 30 years. I would definitely not recommend staying there, especially for the rate. These days I counting on booking hotel not being a huge deal, that all hotels should be same level of quality but PEOPLE please don't stay here. Staff - the worst, the worst!!!! Pros (+) The location was good, but there was no parking available. You are able to see the beach from a big window from the room. Staff is friendly.

Pros (+) It's very convenient to get around in the area. I really enjoy the fact that the restaurants, bars, few other things were right there in the area. The hotel is OK it needs a lot of renovation the place itself but I only stay for three nights. If you're gonna stay for two or three nights that would be fine.
