Pros (+) The location was great. Nice rooftop pool.
Cons (-) Room was not ready until 1.5h after check in. The suite layout was very strange, a lot of empty space and not very convenient. We didn't get room service until 3 days after we came.

Pros (+) Great place to stay at since it if very close to the cruise port.
Cons (-) Wish they had a shuttle to pick up at the airport. Also pool was too small. Need different tile for the pool area because that tile is very slippery.
