VERY COURTEOUS STAFF
Staff was very helpful in recommending somewhere to eat. Beds were very comfortable and they were accommodating to my needs.
Due to an airline issue we never made it to this h
Would really like my money back. I have told everyone I know to NOT book through Kayak nor stay at this girl.
Great stay but had ask repeatedly for washcloths. Going green ( no maid service, just fresh towels ) was pefect....and received a $5 coupon each day you go green. Used it in the restaurant. Downside, they forgot to give it to us one day. And still no washcloths!! Another downside, cable reception was horrible all 4 nights!!! No TV for longer than 20 or so minutes. Very aggravating. So dont expect to relax to a movie or occupy the kiddies while you get ready for dinner. Front desk never had an answer and nothing they could do. Otherwise, great location, comfy beds, quiet hallways at night.
Very comfortable bed and size of the room.
Some hallway noise.
Great stay if you are going on a cruise
Great place to stay at since it if very close to the cruise port.
Wish they had a shuttle to pick up at the airport. Also pool was too small. Need different tile for the pool area because that tile is very slippery.
Not what I expected
The location was great for walking they old San Juan and to get on cruise ship.
A/C in our room didn't work. Only received two channels on tv. Advertised as having its own casino inside hotel and there was no casino. Very disappointed.
Poor service and poor attention. I would not recom
Nice view to the bay, pretty roof swimming pool and good gym
No parking, bad service in the front desk. No attention to the guest. They send me to the wrong room with a family inside... They don't pay attention to what they do in the front desk. Not possible to book in the front desk the man make me reserve through a phone and it was not possible. At the end, I had to make the booking on my cellphone because they were not kind enough to make me a reservation.
Great hotel. People very helpful to make it the best stay ever
Great Location, Not a Great Price
The hotel is in a great location for touring Old San Juan. Taxi access great and right on the waterfront. The staff and service here is perfect.
It's so unbelievably overpriced for a mid-range style Sheraton it made us choke paying their prices. However, they know they can hold you hostage with those prices given the other hotel options in Old San Juan. Its quite loud in the hallways, but I must say the location is awesome.
Expensive and noisy. Nice location
Great location, right in old San Juan. Casino was fun at night. Rooftop pool was fun during the day.
No view from our room, but that wasn't a big deal.
The hotel was very convenient. It is walking distance from the cruise port and the rest of Old San Juan. Staff very friendly.
Every thing was great
Located in the heart of Old San Jaun within walking distance of El Morro and a few blocks from restaurants and patios.
The staff from the Rest was amazing courteous and the Customer Service was A +
I like all about this Hotel.
Rooms were smelly.
Great location, we were able to turn in our rental car early and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Fun casino; close to New Year's Eve festivities in Plaza Colón.
The $18 breakfast should be included in the price of the hotel stay.
I liked the rooftop pool and jacuzzi.
Stayed in the junior suite on the west side of the hotel, but the sound of the traffic and the air ventilator were annoying the whole time.
It was conveniently located for visiting Old San Juan and the fortresses which is why we chose that hotel.
The Front desk Staff was terrific, in particular George. Check in was a breeze. Room was comfortable.
Walking distance for Old San Juan
Early checkout 11:00 am. Inconsistency of the staff info When we checked in we inquired on if they had a place to store our luggage until we needed to leave the next day day since they had such a early check out and they said they did and it was free. The next morning when we wanted to do that they said there was a per bag charge so we left.
The Sheraton’s San Juan branch is located in the heart of historic and romantic old San Juan, directly on the waterfront. A myriad of restaurants, art galleries, museums, and upscale stores welcome visitors, inviting them to linger in the city.
The rooms range from a smaller guest room with no view to an expansive executive suite with views of both the city and the ocean. Babysitting services and free Wi-Fi appeal to families while all travelers enjoy three differing breakfast options. The Sheraton Fitness room and indoor pool provide excellent accommodations for staying consistent with workout routines; however, the rooftop pool steals the show- a favorite among guests. The hotel’s Palio Restaurant serves local delicacies and Puerto Rican Fusion dishes. Meanwhile, the AROMA Wine & Coffee Lounge offers adults a place to relax. The local area offers free trolley services. Within a half mile lay many local attractions including Fortress El Morro, Galeria Botello, and El Capitolio making the hotel pedestrian-friendly. For those wanting to venture further out, the Zen Spa, Mimar area, and Condado beaches are within a two-mile radius of the hotel.
The combination of quality hospitality and location make the Sheraton one of the premier hotels in the historic old San Juan area.
