Pros (+) The hotel is close enough to downtown and is fairly inexpensive. The check in was simple and the room was pretty big.
Cons (-) It is very outdated and overall looks old and unkept.

Pros (+) The room was lovely, clean and remodeled, and the location was ideal; easy walk to downtown.
Cons (-) The room smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette/pot smoke. When we arrived the window was wide open in an apparent effort to air it out so they must have known it smelled bad yet when I contacted the front desk to see if we could change rooms the staff essentially told me it could not possibly smell smoky because they have no smoking signs hung up. Pros (+) clean room, new quiet heater/air conditioner, great price
Cons (-) It's very close to the highway so when there is traffic you hear it. Nothing fancy, but everything in the room worked, including the wifi.

Cons (-) The staff was unfriendly. The pool is under construction and this wasn't disclosed before booking. The room had an overpowering smell of cleaner. The free breakfast was only cold cereal.

Pros (+) Stayed the night. The room was large, clean and comfortable for our need. The Inn is not a vacation spot itself but it is cheap and a great place to stay if you have a car and you are passing in the area or would like to viait thia nice town.
Cons (-) There isn't much one can expect for such a low cost but 'breakfast' was coffee and orange juice, two types of store cakes and two types of cereal. OK

Pros (+) The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The restroom too was adequate. Everything was great for a one night stop through San Luis. The location was literally down the street from the freeway, a gas station, the downtown area and two mins away from the mission we were there to see.
Cons (-) Sure the exterior is no Hilton resort, but the price is great. The pool is basically a trash or deconstructed pit, but if the owner is smart, he'll just have it filled and have the area made into more parking space. Because a pool is not necessary for the place.
