Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, with many reviews highlighting positive experiences at reception and with other personnel. Cleanliness is also frequently mentioned as a strong point, with several guests noting tidy rooms and daily housekeeping. The location receives mixed feedback: while some appreciate its proximity to public transport and the stadium, others find it a bit far from the city center. Breakfast is described as adequate but not exceptional. Some guests mention dated furnishings and minor maintenance issues, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
