Pros (+) I loved the room and the cocktail hour. The food was fantastic!
Cons (-) My only complaint is that when I needed a luggage cart none were to be found. I had been to the lobby and was told someone would bring me one to my room. I had to call 3 more times and an hour later I finally got one. But whoever brought it didn't knock to let me know it was there. I found it by opening my door again on which it was put in front of another room.
