It was a newly built tower. Beautiful and new! Definitely nicer than your average hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location with walkable food and shopping.
We were in an ADA room. It was nice but there was no hook to put the shower at a regular height. So the shower hit our stomachs. It would be easy to install a hook. Then there would be the option of heights.
Size of bathroom.
The staff was not the friendliest at check in. We decided to head to room to drop off our luggage and then head back to the front desk for our complimentary glass of wine. When we asked we were questioned whether or not we had received it at check in. Also, we told the staff that our dog is an emotional support animal and had proper documentation to verify it and they still charged us the $100 pet fee. We have never been charged extra for our pet anywhere we have stayed. Even at fewer star hotels. We did not feel taken care of. We were made to feel like a bother. Having also worked in the hospitality industry, I know that the job can be taxing. However, you should never make a guest feel like they are unimportant. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also subpar. The food was great but our server also seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else. Overall, not worth the money we spent and would not stay again, nor recommend.
Clean. Close to home. Comfortable
The hotel itself is really good, large rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast, lovely fire pit.
I was very disappointed in with front desk service. Each time I needed something, I should go to the front desk in person since they never pick up the phone. None of the requested information concerning wine-tasting wasn`t fulfilled by concierge service, moreover they didn`t book requested appointments. In general employees at the front desk should know more about the wine country where the hotel is located, and definitely not respond to the customers` requests "I don’t know, I am not much into wines", ))) since wine is a reason of this particular destination.
Staff was outstanding room was very nice
Food wasn't great - both of our chicken dishes were really over cooked but the manager and server were really good about taking it off our bill and offered us free cocktails to say sorry
