Pros (+) The size of the room was comfortable. The sink vanity away from shower and toilet was convenient for two people. The garden in the courtyard was nice.friendly staff too.
Cons (-) You need to know which direction to walk In the neighborhood for a more pleasant trip, I recommend asking the staff.

Cons (-) Old tube type tv, room small by today's standards. Neither was a problem, I didn't come here to watch TV, and with the age of the hotel the room size is expected.

Pros (+) Loved the convenient location, ease of parking, and closeness to amenities. Liked that I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Looking forward to staying once the Smart Train starts running all the way to Larkspur. You could park the car & never move it for an extended stay. The free breakfast was a bonus & quite delicious.
Cons (-) Lots of street noise; took one night to get used to. Slept much better the second night.
