The bed was extremely comfortable. Location to the town was excellent and the water pressure in the shower, the best I’ve experienced in any Saratoga Springs hotel.
The $50 per night extra charge for any problems/ destruction that may occur in your room. Although it would be credited back to you, I found it odd in the first place and financial frustrating that this charge showed up immediately (as in a minute) on your credit card but it would take 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your your account!!! Because of this I will take my business and money to any one of the hotels that provide the same service, minus this absurd charge.
The room was lovely, tastefully renovated. There was some construction going on, but it wasn’t disruptive at all. The casino was fun with all electronic gaming.
Everything else was awesome from room to service. My granddaughter loved the pool an we found the whole hotel was to be exceptional.
The only issue was no dining on site for having a child with us.
I got sick at the buffet I was in bed from Monday night for until Tuesday morning at 6 when I had to leave I'm expecting a refund at least one day
Same as above I got sick on Monday afternoon it was in bed until Tuesday morning and I had to leave on Tuesday I'm expecting a refund of one day at least and my money for the buffet
The rooms, lucky Joe's, the buffet. Never had to leave the building the entire time we were there
Part of the casino is under construction. But that is just temporary
