Requested housekeeping service before the 24 hour deadline but nobody ever came. The host apologized and said he would make a note, which was appreciated. Overall the hotel is fine, albeit expensive. Walking distance to downtown but right across the street from what might be a shelter or something similar.

The commons areas need updating, hallway rugs, elevators etc. The outdoor area was nice with fire pits and seating. The room inside was a good size, clean and recently updated, but did not have a safe. The staff was more than accommodating, and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay, it was a great location to downtown and the park. Free breakfast would’ve been a nice perk, but we would stay again if ...
