The staff were terrible from check in on. Bad attitude when asking to have the heat turned down. Others had no heat. Same goes for water. The front desk kept pushing things off. Call back in an hour repeatedly. No maintenance on duty and the manager doesn’t have the authority to call one in????? We have never experienced staff like this. It’s like we were putting them out.
