Overall our stay was great. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was good. My only minor complaint is that the toilet paper was the thinnest scratchiest that they make. Otherwise everything was great.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, friendly and professional staff, and generally clean and spacious rooms. Many found the beds comfortable and enjoyed the included breakfast. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness issues in some rooms and bathrooms, inconsistent service, maintenance problems with plumbing and air conditioning, noise from other guests, and limited breakfast hours. Overall, the positives were the location, staff, and room comfort, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and service consistency.AI-generated from customer reviews
