Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the charm of its historic building, with some rooms noted as beautifully renovated and comfortable. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues, including lack of heating, poor service with absent or unresponsive staff, inadequate cleanliness in some rooms, and unreliable Wi-Fi. Safety and security were occasionally mentioned positively, but overall, the negative experiences with amenities and service detracted from guests' stays.
