Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests found the hotel's location convenient and appreciated its proximity to local attractions. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, with several mentioning dirt, stains, and leftover items from previous guests. Service was also a common concern, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff and issues with booking or receiving the correct room. Room size was frequently described as cramped or smaller than expected, and the breakfast offering was often criticized as inadequate or nonexistent. While a few guests noted positive experiences with friendly staff or quiet rooms, the overall sentiment was negative due to these recurring issues.
