Pros (+) The location of the hotel was great and the Place was clean. Staff was friendly.
Cons (-) The price for the valet was pretty high for overnight parking
Pros (+) It was very spacious. Booked a regular room and much to our delight they upgraded us to a large suite! Fantastic staff!
Cons (-) Renovations at the restaurant caused slow service for dinner, location a bit further from eateries than thought
Cons (-) Parking attendants were not friendly; made it very uncomfortable to valet park my car. It also became annoying when they were not readily available.
Pros (+) great bed and view from the 29th floor. staff was very accommodating.
Cons (-) up the hill the first time was a little tough but it really wasn't that bad. the hotel lobby smells like the restaurant which can get a little overwhelming when first walking in.
Pros (+) The location was great, we had a huge room, and the staff was exceptional. We were able to check in early -a blessing- since we had just finished a cruise and had no where to put our bags. We were also able to leave out bags for free after check-out when we has several hours to kill before heading to the airport.
Cons (-) I wish there had been a pool, and the restaurant prices were 10% too high for the quality.
