The staff was friendly and always on hand.
I advised it was my boyfriends birthday so when we arrive in the room there was champagne and snacks. I was able to check in and check out through the Hyatt app, so cool.
A little more variety on the breakfast menu, there was no pancakes or French toast. I called to see if they could make an exception and they advised their kitchen could t do French toast. What kind of kitchen can’t dip bread in eggs?
Central location, luxury hotel, fantastic views from rooftop bar.
Small 'cruise liner' sized rooms. But very nice small rooms.
Good location near Pikes place and close to light rail. Tried for young hip vibe with annoying music in lobby. No coffee machine in room disappointing. Room very quite.
No coffee machine in room.
new. Clean. Good location.
Bellman didn't offer help with my bag. Front desk and entry are more "nightclub" than hotel. Late night menu very limited. Shampoo and conditioner smell very masculine. Seems like a bar and restaurant with a few rooms rather than hotel. The W twenty years later.
