Location. Love being able to walk to the lifts.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work in our room. Room outdated, could use a remodel. It was very noisy. The walls seem paper thin. We could hear people below and above us and in the hallway constantly. One of the nights was a fire pit/party. Our room was right by the exit of the hotel to this gathering area. It was very noisy making it hard for our child to sleep. People were smoking right outside our room and the cigarette smoke was entering our room making it smell terrible. We asked to change rooms but were told no. The shower head wouldn't rest on the hook to allow you to shower hands free. The tub was stained brown.
its was a nice place for vacation we have visited with my friends and we enjoyed a lot.Location is awesome
nothing to specify.. every thing was awesome
The owner’s son was very friendly and informative during check in.
The Italian front desk manager was unfriendly and incompetent, despite his age and respectable appearance. The rooms were smelly and the beds were uncomfortable. The rooms were very very out of date it and not well equipped.
We were only here for one night and had no idea of the area at all. Initially put off by the cluster of properties all in one and building work in progress. We have no idea if this was transitory. However despite this the welcome of the Receptionist, Lisa, was outstanding and she immediately put us at ease. The room was large and was very comfortable in a modern style. There were two bunk beds and cooking/lounge/eating area. There was also a main bedroom with large and comfortable fold down double bed. Whether the arrangement was temporary due to ongoing works but we took our meals in the dining room of the attached "Blu" Hotel. Not a problem at all. Indeed the dinner and breakfast buffets were some of the best we have encountered and enjoyed. So much so that when I chanced upon 'management' I made the effort to compliment him on the service and staff. All in all a nice place to stay and well worth the effort of the drive to the head of the valley away from the main area.
There was 'work in progress' at the time of our visit but we have no idea if this impacted on the facilities or whether the lovely Lisa more than compensated for any inconvenience so we did not notice.
