I dont even know what I like about the property.
We arrived around 3 pm, which means there will be a staff welcoming us but instead we need to wait for around 30minutes to 1 hour just to meet this man. We tried to call but no answered. When this man showed up, he is been on the same floor as me and when inside a room, I thought he saw us standing, waiting, looking for the staff. But he made us wait for hell. Plus, the pictures provided here and the real room were so much different. It was really small, altho I rented a family room.

Nobody at front desk when we arrive and check out. We have to sent them email when we need. Nobody clear trash in our room and not change tower when we stay there 4 consecutive days.

The room is just too small and you don't have somewhere to put your luggage. But the bed is comfy and the place is very clean. The owner is very nice person.

The room (triple room double decker) was spacious, external heater provided during the cold season, breakfast given and 24hours access to the kitchen is much appreciated. Easy check in and check out. Good location near to Namsan tower and halal restaurants. Just have a little hill roads on both sides of the way to the guesthouse. Not a huge problem even if u have heavy luggage.
Hard mattress, not so friendly owner as he can say "use your brain" when the door was actually a problem as it was unable to open by others but he was there, suddenly the door can be open. Maybe he can control words that came out from his mouth

“Toilet is covered with another layer as it was originally a transparent wall washroom. Comfortable beds, great facitilies provided such as dryer and refrigerator, television and breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Good location with convenient store and halal restaurants nearby. We love the area. Quiet and soundproof room is much appreciated. Thank u”
