Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport, making it convenient for sightseeing and travel. However, many reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, including mold, dirty linens, and unclean bathrooms. Service is frequently described as lacking, with absent or unresponsive staff and poor housekeeping. Breakfast is often criticized for being minimal and not matching expectations. While a few guests mention comfortable beds and good amenities, the overall impression is marred by hygiene and service concerns.
