Easy to check in and the people speak English perfect and they also helpful, the location is amazing; just one minute to the bus and subway station, also Gangnam is very elite place to stay in. Also the price was very good to the location really it save my money and I enjoyed.
I didn’t like the towel and I couldn’t use it.

So unclean...Sleeping at the subway is better. People doing the cleaning for free room but they don't do it. Bed not done, hairs from other people...I will not talk about the shower... I didn't even try to shower there.

The manager Carter and staff was very kind and able to communicate well in several languages. I did have a good conversation with one of the staff named Mr.Jack, he also did recommend me where to go in Korea.
There is nothing to dislike about this accommodation.
