The location between two well linked subway lines was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The communal areas were really nice and the option to make breakfast helped keep the costs down. If the weather had been better then the terrace would have been great. Little touches like free to borrow umbrellas and tourist information really made this a wonderful place to stay in Seoul.
The wet room didn't drain particularly well with the drain being a little smelly at times-everywhere in Seoul seemed to suffer after heavy rain. For the reasonable price you don't expect a large room but it was frustrating that there was no storage at all.
Lovely Place. Homely Common Area and Nice Breaky. Convenient store is located on 1min distance. Cleanness , Location , Staff all was good enough for me. -Cheers
I liked the location more than anything. The staff was very helpful.
The electric plugs didn’t work well and the shower had a drop going on all night.
We had some issues trying to pack initially so we apologized to the front desk and told them to give us a little more time to organise our stuff. The lady at the front desk started screaming at me despite me trying to explain the situation to her nicely. While I understand that there might be other bookings they might have needed to fulfill, which I would've been happy to work around, screaming at your guest is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, on the way out, one of the male staff came out of the guesthouse while holding an umbrella and pulled my boyfriend, to the point red marks were visible on his arms. We didn't know why said staff at as doing so as he refused to speak to us in English and only mumbled in Korean. He even threatened to call the police, which we only knew of after our taxi driver translated it to us. He also pulled on the taxi and tried to open the car door repeatedly to prevent us from moving off. Am all in all extremely disappointed, and have got nothing good to say about this establishment. Additionally, they only accept payment in cash which is extremely inconvenient as nobody carries that much cash around to make payment for an 8 day stay.
The location is very central and also quiet.
They only have thick, heavy blankets, so you're either hot or cold.
