10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big Rooms, with nice ocean views, nice buffet breakfast is included.
Cons: you must be very careful getting in and out of the parking tunnel very narrow and very easily can hit wall navigating into parking.
6.3 Good
Pros: Room space and general room decoration
Cons: Noise from the beach bars and bathroom conservation
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We had a beautiful large suite. Big comfortable bed. Flat screen tv in lounge and bedroom and 2 balconies. The pool area was very clean. Breakfast was really good too
Cons: There are a couple of very easy fixes that would make this hotel excellent: There is a coffee pod type machine I. The room but you are allocated 2 pods for your whole stay (for the room not each!) I wd suggest either supplying a pod per person per day or not bothering- or putting a kettle with sachets of coffee as most hotels do. There was no iron /ironing board available I. The room or at reception - again this is a £30 fix- very easy to do. The room was huge but had no full length mirror . We ladies like to check our outfits before stepping out! These are minor points- it is a lovely hotel And great value & would be excellent with these small but very traveller friendly fixes
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, basic architecture, friendly staff
Cons: To many small examples of poor service ( e.g. room incompletely cleaned - floor cleaned, bathroom cleaned, bins emptied, but bed not made); food quite poor, rooms need some renovation - wallpaper peeling, shower/ tap selector not working properly.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed, ocean view
Cons: It’s name contains “SPA”. Untortunately there is not much spa features
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool overlooking the sea is a must go. The kindness of staff and the convenience of having a covered parking made the stay very comfortable. The mojito at the bar are made 5*!
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The buffet dinner on the 5th floor is very tasty. I recommend eating there. Much to choose from.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved EVERYTHING about this Hotel. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the beach. The breakfast selection was vast and it was delicious. The view from the pool was also amazing. Everything was great, I would definitely be back.
Cons: Nothing, everything was fantastic.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel in a fab location...with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in a hotel for a long time!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The ocean view from our room was fabulous! Liked that the bar stayed open late. And the outside dining patio facing the ocean was a pleasant surprise!
Cons: Our room was a bit tight, we were traveling with a grandson and needed a roll away bed--it fit but a bit snug.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I very liked Jaqueline, she is an amazing person, working in reception.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From pulling up outside to being told we’d been told we’d been upgraded to a suite all staff couldn’t have been more helpful and our room, with a balcony sea view, was very wonderful.
Cons: The hotel’s car park can leave you with too tight a space and 12 euros for a G&T we thought was very expensive!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: No negative points it was all spot on
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice big bed. We had a seaview( which was extra). Breakfast fabulous. Staff very helpful.
Cons: Nothing really! Just loved everything about hotel. Want to return
9.2 Excellent
Cons: We arrived 40 mnts earlier but we had to wait exactly until the check in time. Not a big issue but the amount of money we paid for the room , would be nice for the staff to look after us
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel. Excellent location and regardless it's placed just on the main busy street was nice and quiet. We took a room with the sea view and it was lovely to hear sound of the sea during night time. Beds are AMAZING and extremely comfortable. Nice staff and exceptional breakfast.

Pros: The location was incredible being straight across from the beach! The breakfast was amazing probably the only thing willing me out of the huge amazingly comfortable bed! We had an amazing stay!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was really quiet and the staff really nice and helpful, specially a gentleman during breakfast so sweet and welcoming. The room cleaning was excepcional.
Cons: The hotel is nice, but it needs some polishing touches. The safe wasn’t working in the room and some of the amenities need renewing. But overall was a very nice stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is super friendly, especially in the restaurant and breakfast area. But all around from reception to cleaning staff they try to address every question or request. Breakfast better than expected with many options.
Cons: More amenities (e.g. conditioner for hair) in room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Hotel in the middle of nowhere!
Cons: The only very slight negative was the slowness of the bar service, it took fifteen minutes to acquire three drinks when we were all very thirsty!!!!! Also my campari (having asked for a slice of orange in it) was presented with orange juice put into it!!! So possibly better education for the bar staff would be an idea.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel stands in what one may justly consider complete isolation - there is no building next to or near it. It´s nestled in a tranquil, quiet, peaceful, high altitude location which allows for an absolutely amazing 360º degree view of everything below - including the Sesimbra beach bay. However, it´s not situated in a remote area. Not at all. The amazingly beautiful city of Sesimbra is only 6 km away. In Sesimbra, there are so many restaurants to choose from, that deciding in which one to dine can be complicated. The restaurants in Sesimbra are a fish and seafood lover´s dream come true. There is NO place in Portugal that offers a larger variety of seafood and array of restaurants than Sesimbra. The hotel is also only 5-6 km away from some amazing beaches - like praia do Meco and praia das Bicas. So, it´s like you´re in a countryside hilltop, except you´re just a stone throw away from urban areas and beaches. The staff is simply amazing. One would be hard-pressed to find staff as friendly as the one at Zimbros Hotel. The rooms, towels, linen, floor, basins, toilets, etc are squeaky clean - everything smells terrific. I took an unneeded shower just to smell the towel as I dired myself up. The bed in my room was so huge that I would recommend people get directions before diving into it because one can easily get lost. The mattress and pillows are amazing (2 pillows provided per person). The air conditioning, TV and Wi-fi were extremely effective and reliable. There are many channels to choose from. The hotel boasts an indoor sauna and a jacuzzi, as well as an stationary and elliptical bike and even a treadmill. A pool table and a football table are also available. All this absolutely free of charge. From what I learned, if you want to use the jacuzzi or sauna, you should inform the staff beforehand. Breakfast is from 7 to 10;30 am (11 am on weekends). The offering is super complete - maybe too much to choose from. expresso café is available upon request.
Cons: Very difficult to find something negative to say regarding my stay or the hotel. I think that it would be a good idea if they had a few hangers in the washroom where clothes could be hanged.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very Nice bedroom, very clean, great staff
Cons: Pool was quite windy and Wi-Fi was not great in the bedroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly.
Cons: Jaccuzzi water was very cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. Beds extremely comfortable. Perfect place to stay for a night.
7.1 Good
Pros: Clean. Comfortable. View from breakfast balcony.
Cons: Location far away from center. Bit standard accommodation for the price.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pool was clean, food and staff A1. Good design and layout of the hotel. Possibly the best mattress ever slept on!! A relaxing Spa. Great views. Damn road!!! Lol
Cons: Busy road outside on a Sunday morning. Motorbike heaven and sleepy time hell. Close the doors and it's not so bad. But when you want listen to the birds with the balcony door open, forget it. Broken Sauna!!!
5.8 Okay
Cons: They could not manage to fix the mainlight in the bathroom for 3 days and showed no interest to fixing it.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the old style it still had as hotel
Cons: smking was allowed at pool. Wife did not work at pool
5.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was normally good as is usual in a 4 stars hotel. Location: Sesimbra is a very beautiful village. This hotel presents an intelligent and functional architecture.
Cons: In the room the TV was very small (22 "), the number of channels is too insufficient to offer comfort. The reception staff could be more friendly and know how to sell a good image of the hotel (ie relational marketing).
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location close to beach
Cons: Ants in bed, unfriendly staff, poor wifi
7.1 Good
Pros: The view, the kindness of the staff
Cons: Very old fashioned, very low water pressure in the shower, price way too high
7.5 Good
Pros: I loved the lication and enjoyed the facilities
Cons: The buffet could be better, more diverse.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location & Cleanliness
Cons: We paid over €200 for one night and didnt feel the value for the money. The member of staff that welcomed us was very efficient but cant say the same for the staff that checked us out. Parking was a problem, and access to the hotel entrance ( ground floor) was also complicated! In our presidential suite, we wanted a double bed but were given 2 single beds joint together! When we realised this we asked again, and they solved the problem by putting a double sheet over the 2 single beds!! The breakfast was very poor. We have been to 3 star rated hotels and been served better to be honest. The location is perfect but i wouldnt pay €200 per night again there!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Just the location.
Cons: The hotel is along several floors - 10 floors plus 40 steps to the main road and beach. Very hard to go along the different floors. To go to the beach should go down about 40 steps, after taking first 2 lifters. Comig back we should climb the 40 steps and after the 2 lifters to arrive to the room level. Room and bathroom very small. Bath room equipment old not operating well. Room decoration and comfort poor.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The village the hotel is situated in is beautiful. The outdoor pool was nice. Lovely views.
Cons: The layout is awful. The decor is about 50 years out of date. The staff seemed disinterested. The food in the restaurant was so overpriced we quickly decided not to eat there at all. The bed was rock hard. The shower fitting was faulty.
7.1 Good
Pros: Fantastic location to the beech and town, great pool
Cons: Room was very basic, hotel quite dated. No fresh fruit at breakfast.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location, great view to the beach and very close to the beach. The swimming pool is also very friendly.
Cons: The facilities are outdated. You can see it’s an old hotel with some renovations. But the location will make you forget about that.
