Very clean, comfortable rooms and excellent location in this pretty little town. Right in the pedestrian area and easy walking to the dock area. Despite the centrality it was very peaceful.
The rooms are quite small and had the smallest shower cubicle I’ve ever used!

The location, just back from the main riverside road was good. It meant we were right in the centre, but away from any traffic noise.
Unfortunately the lift was not working during our stay

I have stayed here many times over the years and have seen it updated over time.. The recent refurbishment is excellent. I find the staff to be exceptionally professional and friendly. The level of cleanliness is second to none... The bedrooms whilst basic are up to date, TV in every room and comfortable.. Bathrooms finished to a good standard. Good selection of continental breakfast items.. Which covers the majority of travellers ( plant milk /spread would make it perfect) Would highly recommended to everyone. Close to all facilities... A secret little Gem of a place... A credit to the staff and owners alike. Keep up the great work
There's nothing to report really other than minor personal preferences adding plant milk and spread to breakfast menu would be nice for the vegan travelers amongst us... A kettle and tea/ coffee facility in the bedroom might also be a good idea. Other than that everything is perfect
