The facility was nice. I knew what to expect for I once had a vacation ownership with Wyndham. We had a two bedroom deluxe. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. We were close to everything. The shopping, area attractions and the mountains.
We went the week the coronavirus pandemic was just getting started. I expected my unit to be spotless. The first thing I noticed in the master bedroom was a jolly rancher wrapper next to the bed. No big deal, I picked it up and threw it away. However, it did indicate that housekeeping was a little lax. But then my wife noticed in the main bathroom on the front of the toliet bowl and down to the floor was dried throw up from a previous tenant. Now I knew that the unit had not been cleaned properly! I reported it to the front desk and they gave me a fifty dollar prepaid credit card and would send someone to clean the bathroom. We left for the day and when we returned, the throw up was still there. In the evening my wife cleaned it herself. I was very disappointed to say the least.
The staff went above and beyond to contact us daily to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. The property was immaculate and out rental was spacious and very comfortable. A++
Cool area , beauty area , easy to drive whichever I want to do and a lot space road and privacy
room and location
