Pros: We loved the fact we could get coffee from the dining area at all hours. The team there was extremely nice. Room was clean and quiet. Loved the option of the second bed being in its own space for grandkids with their own tv. Will definitely use again and again. Finally: The price was right.
Cons: We like everything.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: We had no key to our room until 12 hours prior to check out, we were there 4 days. The room smelled bad! The beds were horrible! There were bugs! I'm awaiting contact info to see if they were bed bugs or not ,I have rash where I was bitten! When first checking in they told us they did not have the room that we booked available, After complaining some they were able to place us where we initially booked, horrible stay, there was one lady that worked there that actually apologized for our inconvenience, the ladies working the front simply told us to contact our booking agency to complain! Will never go back there!
7.7 Good
Pros: Extremely convenient location, extremely clean facility. One of the cleanest motels I've ever stayed in. Very nice staff.
Cons: Uncomfortable beds (entirely too soft, no support at all) and pillows. Extremely loud AC that failed to cool the room to a comfortable level.

6.0 Good
Pros: I liked how comfy the beds were.
Cons: Location was awful. I had a confirmation for a King bedroom, but was given a queen. Rather than accomodating, the staff said there was nothing they could do since according to their system, I had booked a queen room. I only booked this hotel for a king.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of the staff and how they worked with us when we were using the pool.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious, good view of the outdoor waterpark, nice staff, nice location.
Cons: Bathroom floor and living room floor were not very clean, Bedspread was cheap and scratchy, WiFi was very slow.
6.2 Good
Pros: The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was also nice to have cups of a usable size and the ability to make ice in the room.
Cons: The "queen" size bed was anything but that. The water flow in the shower was weak and spotty and the bathroom supplies provided left a lot to be desired. We were staying for two nights, but our keycards were deactivated at check-out time the morning after we arrived, which wouldn't have been so big a deal except that the front desk was in another building so we had to drive over, get new keys, then drive back just to get something out of the room we forgot.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Over a six night stay, we were able to get very comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer in my unit. Loved the lazy river, that was salt water and not chlorine.
Cons: Met many unhappy families at 6pm waiting long hours trying to check their families in. This is a normal problem here and we saw families waiting in lobby on other days of our trip as well. Apparently they have a long term shortage of housekeeping staff for their two huge buildings. Bring your own towels, dish detergent and clothes detergent...and coffee. Maid will come in to take trash and wet towels, but that is it. Have your own towels on hand in case she does not arrive by the time you need more towels Unit had had a smoker in it previously. All of our clothes smell like smoke. We worked hard on trying to air out our unit during our stay. Bad WiFi kept kicking the kids phones off. Only lobby has fast wi fi.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the staff and how well maintained the property was.
Cons: That I couldn't say another night. I had a great time.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, roomy, connected to the wilderness at the smokies (a hotel) staying at Wyndham, you have access to the wilderness at the smokies water park for free
Cons: At the check in process they force you to talk to the concierge (aka timeshare sales person) by having them assign your parking pass. While I was waiting for my parking pass they try and hardsale you into going to there "rewards presentation" no thank you
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Wyndham portion of the hotel/condo is was excellent. The condo was larger than other similar Wyndham condos at which we have stayed. Easy access to greater area as well. The waterpark is fun, but a long walk through the facility.
Cons: The waterpark was only partially operational; the lazy river and multiple pools were closed.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very hospitable, every one of them that we encountered from maintenance or housekeeping we passed in the halls or rode an elevator with to the front desk and restaurant employees.
Cons: it would be nice to see recycling options in the rooms. They have signs about going green in various places, but then no recycling options in the rooms or trash rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The balcony and water park was great!
Cons: The inside water park had so much bleach I could taste it for the entire day
