    The Hotel had my reservation exactly as promised - they also gave me a discount and late check-out because I am a member. Very efficient check-in and check-out. Having stayed at other JJ Inns, this was like coming home.

    The check-in clerk didn't ask if I wanted breakfast or tell me how much it cost (her English was very limited and I didn't think to ask). Also, she didn't give me the Internet authorization code - though later my technical problems vanished and I went on-line without problem. Also, the desk lamp did not work.

    We arrived far too early by nighttrain, but the hotel made all efforts to accomodate us as soon as possible even when everything was fully booked. Meanwhile we had breakfast in the hotel ( buffet for 15 RMB ). Always book a businessroom: they are much more spacious for the almost the same price as a standard room.
