Cons: There is a school next door so morning bell starts at 7am.

Pros: Only stayed there for one night, but the room and the bathroom were clean and spacious and definitely a perfect size for two to stay. The breakfast was good too. You order whatever from the menu. As we wanted to sample different dishes, we ended up ordering quite a lot and didn’t have to eat anything for lunch. :)

Cons: Bath towels were clean but a bit tired.

Pros: Great location, very comfortable small hotel, with great staff. Breakfast was good, wished we could have stayed longer.

Cons: Room at front got a lot of noise from early morning shops opening shutters and tuk tuk drivers picking up for trip temples. We moved to a back room was much quieter. Some reviews comment on no lift in the building , however we found hotel staff very eager and only too happy to carry our bags upstairs.

Pros: Really stylish hotel in an old building, good quality room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was good and plenty. It is in a good location, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants, cafes, bars and market.

Cons: Bed could have been a bit larger. Music from nearby bars is audible late evenings (only faintly though, so we did not have problem sleeping).

Cons: No lift in the property. I got room on top floor. Not easy to go up with heavy luvgage

Pros: Most of our needs were at walking distances from its STRATEGIC LOCATION. We must say the accomodation at this hotel is the best part of our Siem Reap tour.!!! For the price we paid, we had one of the Best deals ever!!! The room was very clean and the staff extremely friendly helpful and caring.! Many thanks to Mr. Vichchai and Mr. November!

Pros: The hotel's location is at the center of Siem Reap which is very accessible to the Old Market, Night Market and the famous Pub Street. It's a very nice hotel located in a cosy alley. I find the people in that alley to be friendly. The room where we stayed is so clean, with great furnishings, soft and comfy beddings and A/C is functioning well. Complimentary breakfast is being served at the hotel's own well-maintained restaurant located at the ground floor across the said hotel. Foods are delicious and servings are just right for one person. We met the owners there and they are both friendly. The hotel's staff were so helpful and always ready to provide answers to the best they can. Special mention to Mr. November, who is so polite and accommodating and always give his friendly smiles.

Pros: The hotel is very centrally located, just off of Pub Street. We had a what was advertised as DELUX room, but there really wasn't anything DELUX about it.

Cons: Our first impression from this hotel was really bad. Before coming here we had talked to them about picking us up at the bus station. We get there in a horrible down pour and end up paying for overpriced taxi, because there wasn't anybody that was waiting for us. Then we get to the hotel and we are told that indeed there was a guy there with a sign with our name on it. No, there wasn't! The DELUX room we were given was dark and very unwelcoming. It definitely could have been cleaned a little better too. Also the shower head was at shoulder hight for both my wife and I, so we had to squat to wash our hair. Nobody over the age of ten would have been comfortable showering there. They have plumbing issues, because a few times I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and found both the toilet ad shower running.

Pros: There was a minor disaster whle I was sleeping - a cistern broke and flooded my room. The night manager was most apologetic and moved me to another - dry - room immediately. Top marks for coping with an unexpected problem!

Pros: The decor was pretty; tropical minimalist. The location was certainly in the middle of everything. Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons: Right by the bars; music was very loud in the room until 4-5am. Also, only access to the rooms is a spiral staircase. This hotel is NOT for those with mobility challenges. Also, hotel is down an alley above a restaurant and the sign is very small so don’t panic if your taxi can’t find it.

Cons: Pick up at airport did not happen. Wait Ed for 1 hour. Eventually too a tuk tuk myself. Luckily I was reimbursed by manager. He was excellent. Noise from Pub Street did not bother me. I like the activity.

Cons: However, they made us stay at their sister hotel which was nearby and probably better located from Pub Street. The A/C in the room was not working properly. We even requested for a fan as the room was quite hot. We were told that the fan would be provided which never happened.

Pros: The Hotel is very central and the bars and restaurants are right there when you leave the hotel. Our room was huge and the bed comfortable. The shower was also good. I would stay here again.

Cons: As it is right in the entertainment center, it is loud until early morning. Also, there was some building work going on next door the whole night. You need to choose what you want. For us the noise was ok. The room was not perfectly clean, but still ok. The safe was missing a battery and the tv remote control had different size batteries so we couldn’t use them for the safe. The reception girl hardly spoke English.
