Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's pool, describing it as a highlight for relaxation and refreshment, especially in the summer. The service from staff was frequently mentioned as friendly, helpful, and professional, contributing positively to the overall experience. Many guests appreciated the convenient location for accessing Siena and public transport, though a few noted it is a bit far from the city center. Breakfast was generally well-received for its variety and quality. Room size was occasionally highlighted as a positive, especially for triple rooms, though some found bathrooms small. Negative feedback centered on bathroom maintenance, occasional cleanliness issues, and some discomfort with beds or noise, but these were less frequent than the positives.
