Most guests praised the hotel for its exceptional location with stunning panoramic views, especially of Lake Thunersee and the surrounding mountains. The service was frequently described as friendly, accommodating, and professional, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness and room comfort were also highlighted positively in several reviews. While the breakfast and some room amenities received mixed feedback, the overall experience was enhanced by the peaceful setting and the quality of the restaurant. Some guests noted noise issues and small room sizes, but the positives generally outweighed the negatives.
