Easy parking, metro within a 10 min walk, doable Metro ride to sights, nearby stores, felt safe, thin walls, but not a problem.

Pros (+) Proximity to shopping & restaurants Shuttle to training location was very convenient The front desk staff was very helpful--when shuttle was busy, they called a taxi for me.
Cons (-) View on the backside of the hotel was not pretty---the price I paid for requesting a room on the quiet side of the hotel.

Pros (+) Clean hotel. Staff at desk was nice.
Cons (-) Housekeeping staff was loud and annoying in the morning. They tried to barge in after we told them no a bunch of times then had a bad attitude because we didn't put the do not disturb sign up and they were complaining in the hallway.
