Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's unbeatable location within the airport, making it extremely convenient for transit and layovers. Many reviews highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds, which contributed to a restful stay. Breakfast and buffet meals were appreciated by several guests, though some found them average. However, value for price was a recurring concern, with many guests feeling the cost was high for the amenities and duration of stay. Overall, the hotel is ideal for short, comfortable stopovers, but the price may be a drawback for some.

Pros (+) Convenience and location within the terminal for connecting flights with relatively short layovers. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Adequately furnished for a few hours.
Cons (-) Unusually and dangerous step UP into the bathroom. Very small room. Price is very high, but then again, it is Singapore! And the convenience of not leaving the airport for less than a 12 hour layover was worth it.
