Our stay was spectacular. We were upgraded to a family suite at check in which was a fantastic surprise. The room was beautiful and had a spectacular view of Gardens by the Bay. It was our last night in Singapore on our way home. It was perfect!

Pros (+) The rooms were absolutely amazing, spacious and very clean. The hotel itself was exceptionally cleaned. I’m in the hotel industry and have been for quite some time, actually over 17 years, So I pay close attention to how well the hotel is maintained and how well it is kept clean. 5 stars in that department.
Cons (-) The gym. For a hotel of this caliber and the size, the gym was a huge disappointment.

Cons (-) Price could be better. Availability of promotional specials would be mice.

Pros (+) I liked looking at the hotel from a distance more than I enjoyed staying there.
Cons (-) Not only was the hotel and all amenities extremely overpriced, but it was way too crowded. You cannot get the experience with all the crowds. Your constantly waiting in line for everything! Including checking in, the pool, restaurants, etc. Very surprised that it did not meet my expectations.

Pros (+) Room with the view
Cons (-) Book months ahead for three. When I got there. Two twin and push in a rolling bed. Room too small for accommodation

Pros (+) Overall I loved my room. Room service was fast and food was delicious! Someone actually came to my room to give me a full “how to” on everything in the room and showed me where everything was. Pool+View was amazing both from the top floor and my view. I loved how the curtains open when you enter the room to the WOW city view. Definitely worth my money and I’d do it again next chance I get.
Cons (-) One thing I didn’t like was the long elevator wait times but that’s something I can easily get over because the positive outweighs the negative by a extremely wide margin.
