Pros (+) Friendly help staff.
Cons (-) Basic. Was placed in a room directly over looking a building site, not sure why as other rooms was free when we arrived which we was told when we ask to be moved. Some basic checking could resolve that issue, then the first room we moved to the safe did not work! It is nice but the result is simple problems like windows do not shut correctly so outside noise can be heard easily.
