Pros (+) Walking distance to central metro station Dhoby Gauht with 3 train lines and Singapora shopping center. Slightly up on a hill.
Cons (-) Moldy smelt in the hallway. Rest room ceiling has sign of water damage. Breakfast is so so. Open olny at 7 am. Staff is rude. Nearby YMCA is better.
