Pros (+) We liked the location
Cons (-) The place had an odd musty smell. There's a lot of building work going on at the minute and that shows. There are 2 listed receptions meaning it's quite easy to get lost.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests had a very negative experience, citing severe cleanliness problems such as dirty rooms, mold, dust, and even bed bugs. Many also complained about unhelpful or rude staff, poor value for money, and misleading photos. Noise from events and weddings was a frequent disturbance. However, a few guests appreciated the location, some friendly staff, and the value for money in rare cases. Overall, the hotel urgently needs improvements in cleanliness, service, and maintenance.AI-generated from customer reviews
