Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful and tranquil location near forests and nature, making it ideal for relaxation and access to the outdoors. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and reports of cockroach infestations. Opinions on breakfast and service are mixed, with some guests enjoying them and others finding them lacking. The pool and wellness facilities are frequently criticized for being closed, poorly maintained, or not as advertised. Overall, while the setting is highly appreciated, cleanliness and facility maintenance need improvement.
