Cons: The bed had bedbugs, the room was not very clean. On the second day when we told them to clean the room when we left at 10 am, and when we got back by 3pm the floor in the room and bathroom was wet. We slipped on it twice. The TV is old and does not work properly, it kept going off while we were watching.

Pros: The breakfast was great, good varieties. The staff made sure to make us happy and they went above and beyond. Thanks a lot to the manager of the restaurant. The waffle machine was out of order but then he did make sure that he get us the waffle to our room after we had our breakfast.
Cons: The hotel location is a bit far from the city center.

Pros: Since it is an international 5 star hotel, the reception staff who attend telephon has to be someone who speak and understand English. Unfortunately it was not the case at Sohar Crown Plaza in the night.
Cons: Attitude and behaviour of front desk team.

Pros: The location only but nothing else.
Cons: The building is old. Rust is everywhere. Not clean and scary to keep your family in the building to the right from the main building. I tried to call housekeeping almost 15 times and yet no reply. I tried to contact front desk there's no answer. No staff show up to help us take our luggage. The front desk staff are too slow and it's annoying. Thought the price was okay because the location was great, now aftef all I see, it is so expensive for such an old and not maintained building. This place needs a one full year maintenance. I promise you, I won't book in this hotel again. I am so upset and sad. And sorry to tell you that, this hotel ruin our plans.

Pros: We were upgraded without extra costs. Our rooms were facing the ocean. Room service was excellent. Friendly staff.

Cons: You have to clearly inform guests that the territory is a complete mess. Everything (pool, tennis court, beach premises) is out of service. No signs of construction works as well. Broken glass at the beach. No single sunbed... Rooms need renovation, rust in a bathroom, dirty old towels. Inacceptable.
