Pros: "From boarding to landing, I had a great flight. Flight was from NYC to Jakarta via Doha. Flight on a b777 to Jakarta and b787 to Jakarta. Plane had plenty of legroom and nicely designed entertainment system. Service was world class. About every hour or so, a crew member would ask if we wanted drinks. Food was great, had 3 choices of entrees for each meal."

Cons: "Had a layover in Toronto. From Toronto we flew to Istanbul and then Venice. While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."
Pros: "Food was good. One thing I like about Turkish Arilines is that the plastic containers they use for food are a variety of shapes and sizes. This really helps the food service seem less industrial."

The chairs are terrible on the plane, even though they are economy class the chair cushion should still be there, its a long flight its like sitting on a piece of wood.
Flight was great but the after words was a nightmare. Flight from Munich to Greece was cancelled and I wasn’t notified. After 4 hrs Tuesday morning if trying to get a flight I was told I was all set. Get to Munich and went to get my boarding pass and they don’t have reservations for me to continue my trip. They rebooked me gave me 3 boarding passes. Had to go to Heathrow then Athens and finally zaykanthos. Well Aegean airlines did not accept my boarding pass issued by Lufthansa. Said I didn’t have a ticket with them. Again had to stay at airport til next morning to talk with Lufthansa. They rebooked me to Frankfurt and the flight was delayed so missed my connecting flight. They had rebooked me for Saturday(2dayslater)to go to zaykanthos which didn’t serve me as I had ticket to go to Mykonos. So from ties to Friday all I’ve done was bounce around from one airport to another. Hoping to make it today to Mykonos but on my own for hotel stay and any other expenses!!! So frustrating and wasted 3 vacation days at airports!!!!! Not happy camper and only 3 employees of all the ones I dealt with of Lufthansa were kind and helpful. The rest were asymptomatic and broader line rude.
The seat was very comfortable and great selection of movies. Boarding was a little chaotic and lots of standing in a crowd.

Check in was horrible in Miami. The woman was rude and not helpful with the questions. There was nothing to like at the check in and there were really slow even for First class passenger like me.
Compared to other US airlines, American is the worst. The planes are tight. Seats are uncomfortable and there was no option to buy food on a 6 hour flight. Also the free wifi didn’t work.

Seats were comfortable. There were multiple delays in the flight. I ordered Vegan food, and they didn't bring it, and the pilot was horrible. he had difficulties with landing.

Lufthansa canceled flights 8/17 (3:45pmLufthansa 412 from MUC to Newark EWR)and removed them from airport info displays or past flight records as never existed That is fraud--- so it cannot be documented and refunded-after thousand of passengers were kept in a plane for 3 h and then abandoned them in Munich on 8/17 without any rescheduled flights or hotels accommodation -they try to get rid of them by sending them to air Canada or other airlines to get out of airport-rude /Nazi style customer service-intentionally left Lufthansa desk unattended by staff even thousand were standing on line for hotel vouchers that they never got. I have video and pictures I was forced to pay for taxi-double ways -hotel room and another ticket with another airline to be able to leave MUC after 24 h Lufthansa had no solution for that flight cancelation that by law they must reschedule or bring another extra plain to serve the passengers that paid the trip I documented this fiasco abuse and will be reported to USA dept of transportation and Fl customer service our state representative -my family will never use Germany as a flight option

Don’t have wheelchair help at gate in SFO, expecting someone on arrival can help to get wheelchair to transport me to the baggage claim area.
