Three major things that led to my low rating, 1. Internet wasn't available for the whole time, and 2. TV became available way into flight, after numerous system reboots, and 3. Food is not good at all.

Three major things that led to my low rating, 1. Internet wasn't available for the whole time, and 2. TV became available way into flight, after numerous system reboots, and 3. Food is not good at all.

They sat my 2 year old in the seat behind me, separate from myself and my 5 year-old daughter. When I asked them to fix it they told me to speak to the gate agent in London. When I asked in London they told me to talk to the cabin crew. Then a “Supervisor” stuck us in row 39 at the back of the plane when we were originally sitting in row 25/26. They ran out of food which was gross anyway, and the entertain didn’t work the first hour of the flight. Overall terrible experience.

British Airways Flight 525 from Florence to London on July 29th 2025 was the worse flight I have ever been on. The flight was excessively delayed with poor communication from airline as to the reason for delay. We were notified of need for an unscheduled stop in Pisa after boarding due to weather which was limiting ability to fuel up to the capacity needed for the flight to London. Though we understand and appreciate the safety concern, on quick web search we later learned this was a recurrent problem. We were subsequently kicked off our connecting flight out of London to Port land, Oregon (also on British Airways) though that flight was also delayed (we were told we would not be able to make it in time, but ironically the amount of time it took for them to rebook us would have been more than sufficient to make the connection). We then had to stay overnight in London at a very mediocre hotel, had to take a flight out on a different carrier which involved a stop at LAX (not a direct flight to our home city which we had paid extra for the convenience). Half of our bags did not arrive in LA and we had to transfer the bags ourselves from the international terminal to terminal 6, only to have most of this luggage that made it from London to LAX not arrive in Portland. They bags were eventually found but took over 60 hours for delivery. The entire trip home which was suppose to be 13 hours took over 40.

Very crowded, no real explanation of food "chicken or pasta?" After dinner no drinks service. Plane was clean, but little help with finding soaces fir luggage to get into overhead bins. Many passengers putting 2 bags, hats, duty free in overhead bins so no space for roll ons

All service prior to the flight was terrible: online check-in not working, no customer service tel,, multiple airport scanners not working, A huge mess.

More space, of course. a footrest! more room to walk. Movie selection was awful. Some good documentaries would help if the movies can't be better. The flight itself was great, crew was great.

Business class was nothing more than Economy with middle seat empty. Uncomfortable seat and leg room. A mom behind me had a 18 month/2 yr old on her lap, who had his feet on my back all the time- while middle seat remained empty. Pretty much not worth the fare. Very disappointed.

As seats on planes seem to get smaller over time and people’s bodies get bigger significant mismatches occur. I was seated in the middle of a four seat center row on a 9 hour 10 minute flight from Heathrow to Seattle. The woman seated next to me was such a size that she required a seat belt extension in order for her to fasten the seatbelt around her. She occupied fully 1/3 or more of both my seat and my table. Her and her stuff also occupied most of the space for my feet. Not an enjoyable way to spend on a 9 hour flight. My most miserable flying experience ever.

LCY airport is an amazing airport and I love the flight from LCY to FRA with BA. Efficient, easy, comfortable and great luggage allownace with BA. I iused to fly predominantley LH, but the service and price - benefit ratio of Lufthansa has deteriorated a lot over the last 5 years. Whereas BA keeps an excellent service level with friendly staff.

Business class seats were very dated on my plane. Very little storage, charging ports were not easily accessible, tv screen kept flopping away. Vegetarian food was disappointing: hardly any protein and severely under-seasoned. Crew was lovely.
