The owners were fabulous. So lovely and friendly. They prepared a tasty vegan breakfast for me and were really approachable.
It would have been really lovely to have some soap or wash for the shower, but not a necessity

Near the NEC. Wifi was good but seemed to be working on one item, it was late and I was tired, so I didn't go to make enquiries about how to get other items logged in, so ... may have been worked out, i can't say.
Room was not sound proof, I could clearly hear the couple next door having what should have been a private intimate conversation into the night when I was trying to sleep. Eventually had to put on some music to get to sleep. The shower head fell off as soon as I turned the shower on. The control was also in an awkward position, so I kept knocking it and then very cold water would come through, it was not an easy one to use and trying to figure it out with eyes shut with soap on my face was not fun. The shower bit is one of the most important aspect of my stay anywhere so this really cancelled out any good impression.
