The room was huge and had everything we could think of.
Nothing the hotel was perfect
Great location, helpful and polite staff, good breakfast, very clean, beautiful building and garden.
Beds not good (soft/old) and spa areas not relaxing....too much noise from other people who didn't respect the quiet time.
The location close to the sea board promenade is stunning. A flair of good old days, welcoming and nice service and comfortable rooms made our stay really enjoyable.
The service at the restaurant could have been a bit faster!
The breakfast was amazing! Great variety and quality of the food. The staff was top notch and the location of the property could not be beat. The spa facilities were of good quality.
I wish the shower in the bath was taller.
The staff was very polite and professional. Especially Miss Alexandra from the restaurant went above and beyond to book us a reservation in near by restaurant she recommended and made impossible happen! Thank you for your effort :) Same comes to Mr Kamil at the front desk, thank you for all your help! We really enjoyed the stay and would love to return one day! Overall experience definitely a five star hotel! Also the food in the restaurant was phenomenal! I had best duck dish in my life! Highly recommended!
