Pros:Good location - everything in South Lake is in walking distance.
Cons:The room wasn't clean. There were stains on the carpet, walls and ceiling. The room hadn't been updated in years, which is fine if you're paying $40/night but I was charged $180/night due to a festival taking place at the time. The water in the shower went from scorching hot to freezing cold in seconds. The walls were extremely thin and everything could be heard between the walls and outside of the building. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. This place is okay at best if you're looking to spend a small amount of money to have a bed to sleep in, but being charged $180.00/night for a room in such condition is disappointing and not right.
Pros:Great location fair price comfy beds. Great Taco place down the street walking distance to Lake casinos and shopping. Nice staff
Cons:Needs updating. Toilet was wayy to weak. Scratches and scuffs all over walls. Wall ac didn't work too well. Generally just needs some love and refurbishing could be really great

Pros:I loved how we could walk to the shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk to a hiking trail as well!
Cons:We couldn't figure out how to get the heater to turn off or the AC to turn on. It was pretty warm in the room.

Cons:For the price Charged, the room could have been a bit cleaner. It smelled like stale ciggarettes (non-smoking room). The bathroom was far from clean.
Pros:The rooms were large and clean with a lot of natural light, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Great location by the Heavenly gondola. Everything worked; it was a cold weekend with lots of snow but the heater kept us plenty warm. They provide snacks in the room for fairly reasonable prices, which was a nice touch.
Cons:The walls are thin, so sound carries. Our room had an adjoining room next door and we could hear a lot of music and talking through the doors that separate the rooms. Fortunately, any loud noise seemed to stop fairly early in the evening, so it didn't affect our sleep at all.

Pros:The rate we paid was great. The room was a good size, clean enough and with a comfortable bed. They had a continental breakfast in the morning which was not bad. Staff was attentive and well trained.

Pros:I did love the location. It was far enough away from the streets so you won't hear cars but close enough to walk to any place in walking distance. I loved how cute the green buildings were, just made them feel homely. Clean, beds were comfortable. Quiet. Staff very friendly. Water pressure was good. Loved the mini fridge came in handy with left overs. Great overall stay.:)
Cons:When we got there, there were no towels in the bathroom. When we called the front desk and asked for towels they never came until we had problems with the TV. ( cord on tv gets loose and you have to unplug it to turn it on again). Shower had worn out spots on the floor. Furniture was randomly placed. TV cords were everywhere. Not enough outlets to plug in phones, computers, etc.
