Pros (+) Good location - everything in South Lake is in walking distance.
Cons (-) The room wasn't clean. There were stains on the carpet, walls and ceiling. The room hadn't been updated in years, which is fine if you're paying $40/night but I was charged $180/night due to a festival taking place at the time. Pros (+) Great location fair price comfy beds. Great Taco place down the street walking distance to Lake casinos and shopping. Nice staff
Cons (-) Needs updating. Toilet was wayy to weak. Scratches and scuffs all over walls. Wall ac didn't work too well. Generally just needs some love and refurbishing could be really great

Pros (+) I loved how we could walk to the shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk to a hiking trail as well!
Cons (-) We couldn't figure out how to get the heater to turn off or the AC to turn on. It was pretty warm in the room.
