It was friendly. Also, we had some turbulence due to the wing of a plane in front of us, and I was grateful the pilot explained that reason to us. It made me feel like we were safer than if there were no explanation and it was inherently interesting to learn.
Our original flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on a flight the next afternoon. Finally gotten it straightened out at guest services and we were able to get on a delayed flight that departed about an hour later that our original flight. The Guest Services and Gate staff were very helpful!!
Good seating and leg room. Able to choose seat. Nice crew, polite and helpful. Nice snacks. Meals have to be pre ordered, short flight do no meal required.
The flight attendants stood there talking to each other instead of welcoming people on the flight.
Great flight with great crew. I like that they came around to serve our strings twice during our four-hour flight.

First flight one hour late, return on time. On both flights everybody were just great Seats comfortable. No complaints, just , 2 good flights. Like flying Alaska Airlines.
The polite and professional environment created and reflected by their staff and crew. I wish their were more than cartoned water, but it is what it is.
Truly, everything was professional, and extremely friendly with lots of smiles from all the staff. My only complaint is that both coming and going from San Francisco to Seattle and back the public announcement system on the airplane when I was sitting in the exit row was so loud that it hurt my ears, and I was not the only one I did report it to one of the stewardesses who thanked me and apologized, but truly Alaska Airlines is my favorite domestic Airlines by a far shot
Gate personnel and flight crew were both very good. No problems other than the previous flight being late.
We boarded the plane and were about to take off when we were notified that the tires had to be checked. Upon inspection, they were found to need replacement, so the entire plane had to be deboarded. After we exited the plane, United staff forced us to stay in the gate area by posting "Do Not Exit" signs on the doors connecting the gate area to the terminal. Many of us had already rebooked our flights and had no checked bags, but they told us we could not leave. This seemed inappropriate to hold people under false pretenses. When the agent told us we could leave, I asked them to please take down the "Do Not Exit" signs, as they were misleading. The agent refused, and I told them that it didn't feel right to hold people like that.
Friendly crew, but we were delayed for more than an hour and had to change planes due to maintenance issues.

Very poor. The flight was delayed from Toronto because some forget to do there job . I got to my connecting gate in San Francisco 10 minutes before the departure.but this didn’t let me board even though the flight was still there for an other 30 minutes. The the gentleman at the unite airline desk told me that they usually wait for passengers but air Canada called and told them not to we I been rerouted to Manila instead of Hong Kong . In San Francisco they mad me check in my carryon bag . I was told the it will directly go yo ho chi minn cuyt but I was told that by the Vietnams airline desk that’s not there I’m 10 hours behind my scheduled flight and looks like I I’m going without baggage. I don’t have a chance of catching ..
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
It was all good flight was on time, service was good I enjoyed a few movies and everything was smooth
Airbus plane, nice and polite staff, entertainment even as it was a short flight.
We tried to upgrade to economy premium but were told this was not possible as we had booked through United Airlines (and Air Canada was operating the flight). This seemed silly given there was ample space in economy premium. Additionally, we had to wait almost 1.5 hours upon arrival to taxi to the gate. Otherwise, the crew were very pleasant and passengers were friendly.
headphone jack didnt work for the first flight and not much variety
Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.

Traveling from Montreal to SFO, after landing in SFO, there was no announcement about where to claim our luggages. Our gate was in Terminal 1, and went to the luggage claim area in T1, but couldn't find any information on the screen. Eventually, an airport agent told us that our luggages would arrive in Terminal 2 luggage claim area.
All went really well. Except that I was randomly chosen to be thoroughly checked!!
We were reluctant to travel with Air Canada after reading many bad reviews; however, we were more than satisfied with the experience flying from San Francisco to Montreal and back. Seats were comfortable (although on the return flight we had very little leg room) and the crew was friendly and competent. The entertainment was outstanding, with hundreds of choices, from movies to shows to comedy. Our luggage was delivered in a timely manner (a little slow in San Francisco) and we were sent tracking notices all along the way through the Air Canada app. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with Air Canada again.
The help at check-in area was excellent! The crew on board was great and the legroom and entertainment is excellent!
it was by far the worst business class experience i've had. the food was awful, the staff was worthless and lazy, the drinks were warm, no blankets. dirty bathroom.

The baggage drop-off for Air Canada in Toronto for passengers flying international was terrible. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The line was ridiculous; there was no one to help facilitate people avoid confusion, and the baggage system for the line I finally ended up in had to be re-booted right as I got to it.
It was great! Very comfortable plane, crew was great, would definitely take this flight again.
Everything was great except that I wasn’t issued a boarding pass for the second flight so they would not let me into customs until I had said boarding pass. Luckily a gate attendant from another Air Canada flight was able to print one for me so I could go through.
