I had to book quickly because my ferry was cancelled, it was blowing a gale with torrential rain, I asked if I could use the facilities early, ie. toilets and maybe wait in lounge, I was told to come back at 3pm, I paid 90 pounds for 17 hour stay, I would not use this hotel ever again!

Location was great, right on Southsea beach with bars and restaurants with in walking distance! Lovely little boutique hotel with modern rooms, bed was super comfy and shower was powerful which was great!
Hotel parking lot is quiet small and is hard and tight to get into but that is all!

The room was really comfortable, well decorated and clean. Staff was really helpful.
The hotel could improve with some soundproofing, everytime someone would close the front door we would hear a loud bang, this woke us up a few times. We could also hear the people from the room upstairs and conversations from people outside in the street.
