Our room smelled like cat pee & this particular Courtyard didn’t have the typical Marriott TV system, so we had a circa 2001 TV that bounced back and forth from digital and analog channels. Ended up watching TV on my iPad. I’ll say this, the wi-fi worked well.
Pros (+) Nice room.
Cons (-) No one greeted us or helped with our bags upon arrival. Bar across the street was loud and un-accommodating.

Cons (-) Parking is close and easy but they hit you with parking fees. You can park in the ramp and they validate your parking stub. Sounds fine, until you get a bill under your door for parking. I asked the front desk and they said yes we charge you for parking. They are not upfront with this and that is what ticks me off. Pros (+) This is a perfect high end choice for downtown access to St Cloud.
Cons (-) Marriot just bought them, and is removing all the old French architecture replacing it with cookie cutter items you are used to from a chain hotel. Pretty sad, actually.
