Location , price , room was not cleaned during our two days , one of the night reception was very rude although the night shift one was very good .

Pros (+) The staff is always friendly and Accomodaing, Wendy and Jovone are just great people. The housekeeping staff is also great, so friendly. Great rooms, clean and comfy. The managers are too notch!!

Cons (-) Everything to dislike. Dangerous neighborhood and dangerous-looking guests, no basic amenities (no soap or shampoo), ask too many questions and signatures at check-in and require id's for all who'll be in the room. The none smoking room still smelled like a smoking room. The other guests were smoking right outside their non-smoking room. Ac's don't work or are old. The beds not comfortable... Etc
