Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, especially for families. However, many were disappointed by the pool and spa facilities often being unavailable or not as advertised, and noted that the decor and cleanliness in some areas were lacking. Service was mixed, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were seen as dismissive or untrained. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but would benefit from updates and clearer communication about amenities.
